1) How can I become a member of Layki?
You can easily become a member via the "My Account Information" page under the MY ACCOUNT title.
2) Can I also shop without becoming a member of Layki?
It is not necessary to be a member to review the products included in Layki and throw them in the basket. When you add a product to your cart and click finish shopping, you can complete your shopping with Continue without a member on the screen that appears.
3) How can I cancel my current membership?
Layki membership provides you with many advantages and does not bring any obligations in return. However, you can still close your membership at any time from the “My ACCOUNT-Membership Information-Delete My Membership Information” field. Also [email protected] you can also close it with a request to delete the membership that you will send to the address.
4) I forgot my password, what should I do?
Just follow the steps indicated by the e-mail sent to you by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link under the "Log In" button on the Member Login page.
5) How can I place an order via Layki?
After determining the product you want to buy, by clicking on the product image, you can examine the selected product in detail and take advantage of what is written under the heading "Product Features". The options for paying for the product are also located on the same page and under the heading "Payment Options". After selecting the product by clicking on it and also october your foot number, click the "Add to Cart" button.
In the window that opens, you will encounter two alternatives: either you will continue your shopping by clicking the "Continue SHOPPING" button in the lower left corner, or you will proceed to the payment stage by clicking the "COMPLETE ORDER" button in the upper right corner. Continuing shopping means following the same path, adding the products you like to your cart. At each stage of your shopping, by clicking on the basket icon in the upper right corner, you can see the products you have chosen to order, the total amount of the order, the discounts applied to the product and the amount you will pay in total. To remove products from the basket, just click on the orange X-sign.
You can proceed to the payment stage by pressing the "COMPLETE ORDER" button.
You can edit the delivery options related to your order from the ”ADDRESS AND CARGO INFORMATION“ section on the ”PAYMENT" page. If the address on your invoice will be different from your delivery address, you must also check the "My Billing Address Will Be Different" box and enter your billing address. Please make sure that your billing information and delivery information are complete and accurate so that the invoice of the product you ordered can be accurately cut and there are no problems with delivery.
Continue the process by selecting the credit card in the ”PAYMENT OPTIONS" field. Please also enter the name and surname of the cardholder, the number of the credit card, the expiration date of the credit card and CVC2 information.
Press the ”COMPLETE ORDER" button. So you will be redirected to the 3D Security Page of your bank. To complete the payment stage, also enter your disposable 3D security password from your bank on your mobile phone.
Information about installment campaigns appears on the right side of the field where card information is entered on your MY ACCOUNT page at Layki. After entering the card information, the box located below it should be selected and confirmed by reading the ”DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT".
All information related to the order details and account information of the selected bank will be sent to the e-mail address you specified when becoming a member. You can also access your information in the MY ORDERS area within your membership account.
6) How can I track my order?
You can follow your order in My Account-My Orders section. If you have completed your purchase without a member, you can follow it up in the “Order Tracking” section on the main page.
7) I have placed my order but I need to change the delivery address. What can I do?
After creating an order, the address cannot be changed for the corresponding order.
If your order has been delivered to the cargo, the address change process will be extended. In this case, the cargo must be returned to us first. When the cargo reaches us, the address will be changed and delivered to the cargo again.
8) I have placed my order but I want to cancel it. What can I do?
For order cancellation, you can contact our Customer Service no later than 2 hours after placing your order and send your request. If the product is delivered to the cargo or to you, you can make a refund within 14 DAYS by following the return procedures.
9) How and when is the refund of my canceled order made?
The fee you paid for the cancelled product will be reflected on your statement within 7 working days. You can make the relevant follow-up from your account statement. (The period of refund of the fee varies depending on the banks.)
10) How many installments are made on which credit cards for the product I will buy?
When you come to the payment page, you can see your current information by clicking on the installment information link.

At Layki, every stage of communication for the credit card transaction is secured. All your credit card and personal information is encrypted with the SSL Secure system, which is the internet security standard.
